AMAHORO INTERNATIONAL is a Christian non-for-profit organization under the umbrella of Shalom Ministries, Inc. of MCUSA (Mennonite Church USA), Pasadena.

AMAHORO INTERNATIONAL (AMI) organizes local and global outreaches on a regular basis, such as:

- THE AFRICA DAY™: raising awareness on African realities and current issues; AMI organizes activities concerning Africa for your school, church or organization

- Concerts, worship events and musical representations

- Seminars, fund raisers and prayer rallies

- Educational presentations, school assemblies, children events and storytelling

A big Thank You to all of you who have supported AMAHORO INTERNATIONAL (AMI) this year 2006 with your encouragements, prayers and financial support. Because of your contributions, Rugaba’s Children Orphanage has been able to finish the construction of a very urgently needed toilet/outhouse next to the house.

We want to specially acknowledge:
- The children and parents of JoyFul Noise Summer Camp in Rolling Hills, California, and Palos Verdes Baptist Church, who have contributed substantially to the first phase of construction of the Outhouse.
